Look through the window, and you'll be able to destroy 3 objectives without the enemies noticing. Instead of going into straight into the building, go to the right instead, against the wall. When you're done with killing all enemies there, continue to the next objective. When I get to the first objective, I destroy the wolverine (mini-tank), or using the hack tool if I happen to have one, and kill the rocket launcher guy asap, because he will one-shot you, even on easy. This is what I do (if you can use 3 weapons, take a rocket launcher or sniper with suppressor with you):
